Make and share a gift preference questionnaire

Use the free gift preference questionnaire to write down sizes, favorites and gift ideas, then copy the answers to share with your gift giver. It can be used for Secret Santa, birthdays or a family gift exchange.

Fill it out and share

1. Open the questionnaire tool.
2. Fill in the answers that will help your giver; the tool has a fixed set of question fields.
3. Leave answers blank for anything you do not want to share, then choose Generate my profile. Blank answers are omitted from the generated profile.
4. Choose Copy to share and paste the copied text into your message.
5. Check the message and send it through the app or email service you chose.

Copying prepares the text; it does not automatically email everyone in an exchange. A wishlist link can give your giver specific options alongside the answers.

Is this my exchange questionnaire?

This standalone tool is separate from the Mystery Q&A inside a GiftList Secret Santa exchange. Filling out this tool does not automatically update your exchange answers or attach a wishlist. Use the exchange's own controls for those tasks.
