Schedule a card and check its delivery

Updated

In this guide

Use Schedule for later and the scheduling controls when they are available for your card. Scheduling applies to supported email delivery; a link you copy still needs you to send it yourself.

Choose a time

Finish the card's recipient and message details first. Choose Schedule for later to open Pick date and time, pick a date and time, and review the displayed delivery timing. Confirm with Schedule, then check the scheduled result.

If scheduling is unavailable, read the reason on the page. A recipient without an email address cannot be treated as a scheduled email delivery. Use the available link-sharing option and send that link at the time you choose.

Review an existing card

Return to Cards and open the relevant card or batch. Check its status and the available actions. To change a scheduled message, follow the cancellation and editing actions offered there; review and schedule it again before expecting a new delivery.

Understand delivery status

A successful send request does not guarantee that an email reaches an inbox or gets opened. Ask the recipient to check spam and confirm their address if needed. If email delivery fails and a share link is available, send the intended card link directly.

Keep card links for their intended recipients. For a batch, check each name and result rather than forwarding one person's card to everyone.
